My baby had really bad redness and moisture in his baby fat skin folds, neck, pits, behind ears, knees and elbows. Completely GONE after using this the next day. It dried up the skin that was falling rubbing in the moisture and I was able to pull it off and it left his skin smooth. The redness was gone too!

This stuff is AMAZING! We were using dessitin after every diaper change on my son’s diaper rash and it wasn’t really getting better, still really shiny red. My brother recommended this stuff and after the first use, his diaper rash was all but gone. We use it after every BM and he’s never had another diaper rash… going on 3 months old now.
