This fish oil has helped me so much! I upped my dose to 4 capsules per day in the morning, and that’s when I started to see real results! I am prone to anxiety and depression, and I definitely notice a difference in the days I take it vs. the days I don’t take it. They also help with my chronic fatigue and back pain.In comparison: last year when I wasn’t taking it, I felt tired and depressed all the time and was unable to work. Now, I feel great. I go to work and function like a normal person.I am so grateful I found these and would recommend them to anyone who is struggling with issues similar to mine or who is having other health problems.

Excellent quality. It helps dry eyes among other things. Swallow with water, unless you like the nasty fish taste stuck on your dry throat. YUCK

I’ve taken Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega for over 15 years. I totally trust the manufacturer and know I am getting what the label says. At the time I started them I had mild hypertension and a cholesterol level that was rising. After starting these, both my blood pressure and my cholesterol normalized and have never been a problem since. I take 5-6 daily and will for the rest of my life.

Decided a fish oil supplement would be beneficial. These looked like a quality product. I like that I can’t taste them. The previous fish oil- expensive – had a lingering metallic taste so I discontinued them. These feel healthy.

Ive been taking these for a couple years now and my lab results show great levels of Omega 3’s. My Integrative Doc likes these because they are pure and she is very particular about what supplements I take. I only take 2 a day and I have great difficulty swallowing large pills – these are like liqui-gels so even though they are large they slide down fairly easily. Wish they were smaller, I would gladly take four :))

We bounce between Nordic Naturals and Dr. Tobias for our Omega-3’s, but I honestly am not sure if it is giving us what we need or not. We are both super healthy; we work out (running and yoga, with hiking and biking to supplement on the occasional weekend). We try to eat organic and free-range meat and dairy products, but because of everything I have read about our food industry, I feel that this supplement Is worth taking. And Nordic Naturals frequently comes up as well-tested and reviewed.

I had almost given up on taking fish oil when I took a risk on these. I have tried so many and they all gave me hours of fishy burbing afterwards. With these, I don’t have any at all. I do only take one a day, but that seems to be working well. Give it a try!

My pcp suggested I take a fish oil supplement for my heart among other reasons. Every one I’ve ever tried are Awful. I either burp w fish breath or I’d get sick to my stomach. One night, I spent 3 hrs reviewing every similar product & compared them all. This one came out with the highest score based on ratings, dosage, absorption, etc. Then I remember to check the Amazon rating — they listed it #1. A full month later I’ve had No heartburn or nausea, no fish burps or anything negative. I do it every night now and I swear I think I feel a little better! I’ll keep using it.
