Description
Ruby Sliders as Seen on TV is a new way of eating that is supposed to help with weight loss. With this new approach, you control your portion sizes by sliding down the slide and savoring the food that you put in your mouth before continuing to eat.
This seems like a simple process, but it’s an effective one. It’s hard to imagine how much easier it can possibly be! Plus, when Ruby Sliders are done right, they are delicious and easy enough for any skill level.
For the most part, Ruby Sliders are healthy, low calorie foods that taste absolutely scrumptious and satisfying.
How Does it Work?
As you can see by the name of the product, Ruby Sliders as Seen on TV are pretty much just like the traditional concept of “sliders”. They are similar to other small snack food products in that they contain a small amount of calories and very little in terms of fat or cholesterol. Many of them, however, contain more protein than their conventional counterparts.
In the case of Ruby Sliders, the concept is this: You eat a small amount of food quickly. You put your fork or spoon into the bowl, grab a piece of food by hand and slide it down your throat with the other hand.
As you’re eating, you have to be careful to control how much food you take in at one time so that you don’t overeat. Eat only one or two pieces at a time. Be careful not to overindulge, because that is what can lead to the dreaded stomachache.
The goal is to take the approximate number of calories that you need in a day, and then space out your intake so that you get this number of calories several times throughout the day.
You do this by eating smaller more frequent meals, especially between meals.

Functionality: I have to start by saying I have 2 hairy dogs and wood floors. Anyone in that situation must know the struggles of finding something that protects your floor and resists dog hair/dust bunnies etc. I believe, after seeing and feeling the felt, that these will be better than other options I’ve tried. On that note ….. to be continued.Appearance: They don’t take away from the beauty or appearance the chair.Fit: I have Queen Anne chairs and the front legs are large. I was skeptical about the fit but they do stretch over the feet. Regarding the stretch, I was able to get these on my chairs, all the legs, but the larger legs require some finger strength to pull them enough to get over large legs and hold the chair still. It will work but you may need help. They grip well so they do not slip down, bonus!

This is a very good product The neat thing about using this product is that if you have a chair or table that is wobbly you can add a piece of cardboard cut to the same size as the leg before installing this and level the chair or table so it does not wobble. So far so good. I leveled 3 out of 6 chairs this way. Try that with just a felt pad.It is easy to remove and put back on if you get it wrong the first time. Hope they last a long time.I used a thin piece of cardboard from a tablet.

I bought these a few months ago and wanted to wait before I gave a review. I have hardwood floors and hard metal chairs. These slides work perfectly. They haven’t come off the chair legs and my floor has zero scratches. I even bought more as a back up.

I kept trying stick on felt foot pads which eventually fell off our often used kitchen stools. These fit beautifully on a square tapered leg over the screwed on leveler. Maybe 3/4-1 inch width per side. The were easy on, adhered nicely and after 2 months are holding up, no splits and holding tight. Worth a try for sure!

We have a lot of people at our dinning table and the chairs are constantly being moved around. These are wonderful! Easy to get on and they stay in place and slide over my floor with ease. No more scratching my floor!

I purchased bar-stool height chairs with rectangular legs. I had had problems with previous pads on the other chairs that I had, so I was looking for a new brand to try. I had seen ads for these on TV; I decided to given them a try. It took my husband’s “elbow grease” to slip them on the legs, but they fit the rectangular legs. The fit was snug; The covers do not come off. The chair legs glide smoothly and quietly when the chair is move. The chair remains very staple with pads on legs.

We purchased these for daily use on 4 wooden chairs. We have had them for 8 months now and we have no complaints; we don’t even know they are on. They slide smoothly across the floors, which are wood, the bottoms clean very easily and the caps never fall off. Our wooden chair legs are 1 1/2″ squares. Very happy!!

I have bought the wood tac pads and adhesive pads and these were 1000% better. I’m no little fellow and when moving back from table other brands slid off or rolled up. Also, due to the small creases/cracks in flooring laid(didn’t do it) other kinds got caught. Would rebuy!

Was worried because some reviews said don’t fit I have kitchen chairs with rounded bottoms needed a little more tug but fit great and slide beautiful over my wood floor .. so glad I went with my choice. You won’t be disappointed
