This shampoo is a godsend product. I have tried many many many different tea tree shampoos for my hair (oily scalp and dry mids/ends), and different detox shampoos and my hair would still get oily af the next day. And yes i lather the shampoo in my hands first, do the double wash, the whole nine. This shampoo however is so good at its job that no, of course there is no moisturizing properties. It will make your hair dry so only apply shampoo to your scalp, and only apply conditioner to your shafts/ends. I’m also not sure why people have said that this shampoo does not give that cooling or soothing affect on the scalp that tea tree is supposed to give because it does.

I had used several dandruff shampoos throughout the years without any luck. My hairdresser recommended this shampoo and I was crossing my fingers that it wouldn’t be a waste of money since it’s a little pricey for the size. Well, ever since I started using this shampoo, my dandruff is finally GONE. I have wavy/curly hair. My hair is super soft, feels quenched and thick. It stopped falling out so much and then the best part is the dandruff is gone. I would always be so embarrassed because of it. You literally only need to use a dime sized amount of the shampoo which is great! I have a lot of hair too.

The Tea Tree shampoo is a family favorite with my sons. I was looking for a new shampoo that would be good for my oily hair but would not strip it and leave it hard to comb. In the meantime I borrowed the shampoo from my son and tried it and loved it. It is so silky that it cleans your hair fast. I color my hair too and it doesn’t take any color out.

I have tried everything imaginable for my dandruff and I bought the small bottle of this to try it out and with one use my dandruff is gone. I’m not joking. I’m getting nothing out of writing this review but I just wanted to let anyone else that suffers with this to know that this actually works. Get the small bottle first and try it out and if it does then get the bigger bottle like I just did. It smells good and there’s no more flakes. I’m just so grateful.

Recently cut my hair very short an have been getting itchy scalp. Might be Fl heat. Used this shampoo last time I had short hair always helped. It’s the same product. Strips my hair of gunk from other hair products and helps with the itch from dry scalp. Smells great but close your eyes when using. The peppermint oil in product can really be painful in your eyes. Only complaint is the shipping. Bottle top leaked. Wasn’t as bad as others reviews I’ve read but needs to be fixed.

I started using this shampoo on my son in elementary school after a couple of bouts of lice. Did it help? I don’t know. I’m sure that it didn’t hurt and he didn’t get lice again. We stopped using it after elementary school because its really expensive for a kid.Cut to a year or so later and he has some not-so-good smelling teenager head. My hairdresser suggested he go back to tea tree shampoo and what a difference! He’s 21 now and still uses it. I can tell when he runs out and doesn’t tell me, then resorts to using something ‘regular’. I made sure that he took a giant bottle to college.
