    I have to do home rehab for my spine but am away from home for a couple of months. This cushion has enabled me to do the wobble spine exercises easily and has stood the test and my weight each day. The stability of the wobble cushion is important during the exercise.I love that this item provides a few exercises to do. When I’m stronger I certainly will utilize their suggestions.Tip: Read the directions for inflating. You must angle the tube.

    As we age we lose some vestibular sense. I ordered two of these and place one foot on each one and then do my excercises and what a challenge it is. Goal is to be able to do this with my eyes closed! Great addition to my workout and great price!

    My chiropractor has these and showed me exercises that relieve back issues and provides good stretching. I bought one for my desk chair. It’s a great addition to my ergonomic set up in my office and allows me to do my exercises as often as I want. I really do recommend this for anyone, regardless of back pain. The stretching is good for you!
