    Bought this item and received a damaged chair back. Contacted support and a new one was sent quickly. The new one was also damaged, messaged support and they sent it a third time (also offered to pay an amazon credit instead if I preferred that). Third looks good, and I’m very happy with how they handled it! Maybe work on their manufacturing process, but the support makes it worth it.

    I bought this chair over a year ago, and needless to say it is a pretty good and cozy chair for the price. I haven’t had any issues with it at all, and all the functionalities remain flawless.

    I got it for my boyfriend to go with his set up. I put it together with his help and it only took us 30-45 minutes, which I was quite proud of. I think the only think we didn’t like was the butt pillow but that was just a preference we had. It got in here in two days which was amazing and it was honestly just a great product. The people who made this included a instruction manual WITH PICTURES which made it so easy. My boyfriend is pretty tall so I was worried it wouldn’t be comfortable for him but it seems that it fits just fine.Both me and my cat are very excited about the box. ?

    This is an absolute steal. I work from home and I had a very uncomfortable chair before this one. Back and neck pain was major. Got this chair and now life is so much better.Literally took me 15 minutes to assemble. For those who complain about creeking, make sure to tighten the screws very well. It’s very quiet for me and very comfortable. Make sure to use the neck and back support pieces, they’re a must. If this lasts me a couple of years, I’ll be fine with that. I’ll buy another one if this breaks or becomes uncomfortable at some point.

    I have never owned an actual gaming chair before so this may be a little biased, but I love the chair. Very comfy, assembly instructions were kind of vague, but a little common sense made assembly easy. Over all, would recommend.
