    I purchased the product full of expectations. This product did not let me down. It is awesome for creating meals. I like the double burner aspect. You can prepare healthy delicious meals as you would on a range.

    I love this product easy to clean, cooks good, it’s like a little stove on the counter, heats very good. The only down side is it does raise your electric up but it’s worth it. I try to not use it that much but it’s hard to resist. My stove acting up worth the money and it did not cost that much was in my budget.

    This is a great product, I was able to cook my pasta, sauce, and vegetables as quickly as if I was using a gas range. This unit heats up as soon as you put the dial on 1. I was able to regulate the heat with the dial from 1 – 5 (5 being the hottest and highest). I was also able to keep my veggies warm by placing the dial on 1. After cooking, I turned the dial beyond 1, pass the three dots, as well as unplug the unit to ensure the unit is off and will begin to cool down. Place the unit on a stable and flat surface to ensure your pots do not tilt and spill causing injury. This was a This was a great purchase and it exceeded my expectation.. it was very much worth the money,

    I have purchased several counter top two burner units for my tiny kitchen over the years. All considerably more pricey than this one. This less expensive one beats them all. Heats quickly and maintains the selected temp.

    This is a nice little stove and a bargain! It is large enough for a griddle and a pot to fit on it side by side. Also, it gets hot enough to get the griddle good and hot for tortillas! I have had problems with a single hot plate I had not getting hot enough. You really can’t go wrong if you need a hot plate in a dorm, extra burners at home, etc.

    I just wish it could hear more quickly and hold the temperature but guess they have limits for safety.Good in a pinch when burners on stove are out

    Bought this as a gift for my daughter in Texas as they have no stove in the house they live in. She had been eating out a lot. This is saving her a lot of money because she is able to cook now.

    I could not wait to write this review for this hot plate. I was in need of one, so I came to amazon to search, and read a ton of reviews about a bunch of hot plates. My main concern after researching was that a hot plate was not really going to do the job for actual ‘cooking’ but more for ‘warming things up’. So since the expensive ones were saying the same thing that I was assuming, I ordered this one because of the price, $17.00 for a double burner seemed crazy cheap. So I ordered it, and 2 days later it came, and I used it immediately, expecting a real let down. All I can say is I am shocked, in a good way. This hotplate gets as hot, and as fast, as my electric stove. I made an omelet super fast, I boiled water, cooked chicken, and many other things, just like on my stove. I’m not sure why there were a few reviews that said it wouldn’t boil water, or that it took forever to heat up, I just don’t get it. Was it plugged in and turned on?This heats up immediately, and boils water fast. What a steal.
