This stuff gets me mad amped in the gym. I take 2 scoops of it and put it in an Arctic Freeze Gatorade Zero and it tastes absolutely amazing and I notice a big difference later in my workout when I have the energy to push through my last reps. Slight itchiness and tingle to it, but nothing extreme. I’ll be using it for a pre workout for the foreseeable future

I never thought I would write a review for a pre workout supplement. But this is it! I have found the one! Never in my life I was able to be on a treadmill for more than 10mins…but after taking C4…I worked out 45 mins…then add to that I had energy to go for a walk for another 20 mind …what???? I am a believer…I am in love ?
