The TEEHO fingerprint lock installed easily and works smoothly. The hardware provided for the install included an extra support deadbolt plate that you can choose to mount with the first deadbolt plate on the door frame and strengthens the security of the deadbolt when it is locked. It takes a few steps to program the number of fingerprints you want to use but the fingerprint reader and keypad have both worked flawlessly so far and the lock looks great on the door. We are very pleased with our purchase of the TEEHO fingerprint lock through Amazon.

I installed this on my front door and now I never have to dig my keys out of my pocket to get in my front door. I added all my family’s fingerprints and made my own 4 digit code incase I have on gloves and don’t want to take off a glove to scan my finger I just punch in the 4 digit code…I like that it comes with 2 real keys also incase the lock batteries die while you’re not home you can still get in with a key. I like that the keypad lights up so you can see what you’re doing in the dark.This product has made life so much easier.It looks good on my front door and it was east to install I’m 100% happy with this lock. So happy I wrote a review and that’s something I never do I never write reviews…but it’s that good.

Just finished installing this lock for my 86 year old mother whose short-term memory is really bad. She had a digital lock prior to this one that was not well engineered so I was hesitant. This lock is well made and very solid once installed. The opening had to be enlarged from the original, so if you find that necessary, you’ll probably need a wood chisel. Any ragged edges will be covered by the faceplate if you’re careful.The only issue I had were the mounting holes on inside mounting plate. They had to be drilled out, (1/8″ bit), to allow the screws to pass through and into the wood. Super solid once done. Programming was easy and now she has access without any worry of losing her key or forgetting her entry code. Can’t beat the price either. Let’s hope it will last!

I watched the videos on the product description & there are also YouTube videos that assist with installation.It really was easy to install — I used a screwdriver & that’s it!!I am not a DIY girl, but I felt truly accomplished being able to install this successfully and it works!!Programming the codes is not difficult either… Instructions were simple for me to follow.As a single parent, this is going to make it easy for my family & eliminates keys being lost! It has been working great so far & it has been installed for about a week.

I wanted something to allow my kids to get in the house after school without having to worry about losing a key. I’m really impressed with how easy this was to install and operate! We’re only a week in, but it’s been operating as expected for everyone with no issues so far!

Very convenient lock to have. No more fumbling for keys. No more dad dad can I have the keys to open the door? Easy to install and setup, just as easy as changing a regular deadbolt, instructions are clear enough. In about 15 minutes you can have the lock installed and set up. Fingerprint reader is good and reads fingerprint fast. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy again.

Excellent customer service. They reached out to alert me of a potential issue where I might receive the incorrect product or color. Turned out everything was fine but I was impressed with their proactive approach. The lock itself works extremely well, does what it claims to do and is very well made. I love this new lock and it’s everything I hoped it would be. Definitely pleased with this purchase and I plan on another purchase soon.

Installation exactly as described…Unfortunately, I had to enlarge the bore hole on my door from 1 1/2″, to 2 1/8″…but after that, it was nothing but a screw driver and the manual to set up your codes and/or finger prints.It is so kool to simply touch the pad to open the door!…numeric entry code works equally as well.I highly recommend this lock!…it’s nice not having the necessity of a key every time you walk out the door!

The next day after ordering this lock and before it even arrived, I received an email from the vendor expressing their appreciation for my patronage and provided contact information if I experience any difficulties with installation, setup or operation of the lock.Although I have many smart devices, I didn’t see any real practical reason to get a smart lock for my front door. The smart locks may have some cool capabilities, however, I knew I would never use them. I only had three requirements; fingerprint, code input and the capability to lock the door from the outside when leaving.The lock itself is excellent quality and aesthetically pleasing. I got the oil-rubbed bronze and it looks good with the other existing door hardware.In the box is all the hardware you need to install the lock on just about any standard door hole pattern, whether you have a mortise cutout or a straight cross bore for the deadbolt.It took me fifteen minutes to mount the lock and the only tool needed is a Phillips screw driver. I confess I had one false start with programming and had to reset the device to start over. The second attempt was successful and then adding fingerprints and codes was fast and easy.It’s an excellent lock and you should be very happy with it.

I purchased this lock to replace a Schlage cypher door lock that failed (accepted the code but wouldn’t engage the deadbolt). The fingerprint scanner works well, and the lock functions as advertised. I haven’t had it long enough to determine long term reliability, but it looks good so far. The installation and programming were painless and easy. So far, I would buy this lock again.
