I received this chair on Feb 14, 2022. The return window closed on March 17, 2022. Almost exactly one month later, April 13, 2022, the left arm just fell off. I simply rested my arm on it while seated in the chair and it fell off. I wrote a scathing review about “planned obsolescence” since the arm fell off less than a month after the return window had closed. A few days after submitting that review Amazon HOMEFLA after service customer service contacted me. Even though the return window was past they sent me a new chair (a different model with more sturdy arms) at no cost and with no questions asked. A quick response and great service!

What can I say I wasn’t expecting a lot from a just under 100 chair, but I was pleasantly surprised. I bought this to replace another chair that was breaking down that was around the same price point originally. This chair is a upgrade for sure. Materials seems quality for the price point, I thought it didnt come with instructions and was annoyed (later found it after I assembled) but was able to have no issues putting it together with no instructions. Looks sheen, doesn’t take up much space and is comfortable with good support. Im no paid shill or bot, this review is legit.

This chair is more comfortable than the Amazon basics chair, but it wasn’t as easy to assemble. Some parts really took a bit more effort to get the nail to get in the grooves, but nevertheless there was no damage or missing parts. My only problem is with the arm rests. The arm rests seem to have nails coming up through the bottom and consequently through the armrests whenever I lean to one side on them. They hurt, and have created holes in the upholstered leather. I’m not sure whether this is a problem for everyone or just me.*UPDATE* seller reached out to me apologizing for the inconvenience as well as asking for any additional feedback to improve their product. I appreciate the concern for me as a customer

First of all, I never write reviews, but I felt it was necessary to come back and write this review. This chair is super comfortable, I love the adjustable arms. It wasn’t too bad putting it together, but it was definitely helpful to have an extra set of hands. This chair is much better than the old office chair I had been using and I work from home, so I spend a lot of time in front of my computer. It is so comfy that my cat has taken such a liking to it that he bullies me daily to get me out of the chair so he can sit in it. It’s to the point where I’m thinking I may have to order a second just so he can have “his” chair. He isn’t satisfied by any of the other chairs or his cat trees, it has to be this specific chair.
