   I have used this product regularly for the last two years and have no issues with it. Got Covid and this literally saved me from dehydration for the month I was bedridden with high fever and unable to eat or drink often. I was very surprised about the negative reviews that I was reading they seem to encompass three things. The first is that the product formulation has changed, I am also an Amazon seller and an avid fan of Amazon purchasing and I have noticed that in my capacity as business manager that due to supply chain issues things are constantly going in and out of stock or the product is changing. I’ve tasted the old one and I’ve tasted the new one and I have no complaints.The second issue people note most often is that their package is damaged. This is because of Amazon delivery as well as the Amazon warehouses. You can pack it as well as you like and the fact of the matter is 100s of pounds of boxes are placed on top of some thing that is typically packed into a bubble mailer it will break. Is this the company‘s fault no. The fault lies with Amazon once again.The third frequent complaint that I was reading in my research involves taste. This is not Gatorade with its 28 to 40 g of sugar. At most this product has 2 g of sugar compared to other hydration solutions that have anywhere from 8 g of sugar to 11 g of sugar. It does contain Stevia which gives a little bit of sweetness but if you are looking for a product that taste like Gatorade you should buy Gatorade. It won’t help you with your hydration all that much and it will raise your blood sugar into unhealthy levels but Gatorade is definitely sweet. This is a type of medicine and should be treated as such. If you are strictly Keto yes you shouldn’t eat any sugar, add any amount of sugar will cause you to start craving things. Not the best choice for intermittent fasting especially if you’re only eating one meal a day. However for the rest of us who are taking a sensible diet and exercise plan instead of frequently starving our body and putting it into a state of shock it is a fantastic tool in the hydration arsenal. I love it because I can take these tablets with me on vacation and there’s no messy packets that burst at awkward opportunities. It’s a lot smaller than hydration packets are typically so that is a big point of convenience to me and I keep one on me all of the time in my purse in just a little plastic bag just in case I’m on the road and I need it . My entire family uses this regularly for hot days or days where we are outside for a good portion of the day, camping, fishing, vacations. There are people who will complain about anything but as a consumer I have nothing to complain about with this hydration solution.

   I’ve never had the “original” formulation, I just started using these tablets. I am active, mainly manual labor type of stuff. I’m very contentious about hydration during high stress activities, a kidney stone will teach that lesson clearly. During the summer when I’m working outdoors it isn’t uncommon for me to drink a gallon or more of water. I didn’t feel thirsty afterwards but did feel a bit “wrung out”. A friend suggested trying an electrolyte supplement, Nuun specifically. They have made a big difference in how I feel after strenuous activity in the heat. I’ll be using these from now on. As for the flavor, I’m dissolving these tablets (1) in a quart of water so the flavor is very diluted. I don’t mind the flavor, it reminds me of watered down Gatorade, back when it was in glass jars. What I’m definitely not looking for is a cloying, super flavor forward drink. I think that would make me feel ill after a long day in the heat. Good stuff, I will continue to purchase.

   I’ve been cycling for most of my life, and until I started using these tabs, I almost always cramped up after a long, sweaty ride. These Nuun tabs have been a game changer for me. I’ve been using them now for the entire hot summer season and haven’t had a single cramp since. I toss two tablets into my Camelbak hydration pack and I’m good to go. Two thumbs up!

   I won’t go into a product review about the performance of the product too much.. It’s well documented by others; it works and works well. Coupled with a potassium supplement it’s worked to relieve some muscle tension in my upper back, as well as some random cramps and tight areas. Also ideal for hangovers.Anyways, I see a lot of reviews talking about how they reduced the count per container and made the tabs thicker. The thing is, people may be mixing up the versions NUUN offers.. This Sport version comes in rolls of 10, while their Vitamins version comes in rolls of 12.The container are the same size, so obviously the Vitamins tabs are noticably thinner than the Sports version. You can see in my picture. NUUN still offers both on Amazon, so be mindful of which you are ordering. The labels aren’t always clear if you haven’t paid much attention. Like myself, I ordered a 8×12 from Amazon Warehouse for a screaming deal only to find after the first taste, that it wasn’t the Sport version. I could notice the lack of sodium immediately.I prefer the Sports version myself. It has 3x the electrolytes and I don’t need vitamin water. I take a multi for that. But everyones goals are different. Hard to go wrong with either.

   Both my husband and I vouch for the results we get from using these electrolyte tabs. He uses them when biking and I use when golfing in Florida. When feeling fatigued while golfing, I drop one in my water bottle and can feel the difference in my body within a short time. They really work!

   My partner takes medication that makes it hard for him to stay hydrated, especially during our hot summers. Sports drinks help but they’re not very cost effective. These tablets help him significantly and are much cheaper than Pedialyte, not to mention healthier since they aren’t full of sugar. Relieved that we finally found something that works! These don’t have much flavor, especially if you dissolve them in more than 16oz of water. The flavor is nice though. We liked the fruit punch and tri berry the most.

   Nuun was recommended to me by my massage therapist. This is a game changer in hydration. These are better than Gatorade, and I love Gatorade. It took me a few swallows to get used to the taste but overall they’re pretty good. Nuun is light and fizzy, like you were drinking flavored soda water that actually tastes good. It is not at all syrupy like other sports drinks can be. I would also make the argument that these tablets replenish your electrolytes better and faster than sports drinks. I dissolved 2 tablets in my 32oz water bottle, drank a bit of it, and began feeling the effects almost immediately. I use about 2 tablets a day on top of all the other water I drink and I stay pretty balanced.I can also attest to how helpful these are when you’re nursing a hangover. I don’t normally drink much but went camping with friends recently and had a few more than I usually do. I woke up feeling a bit hungover, dropped a couple tablets in my water bottle, and about an hour after I finished it I was feeling right as rain.Seriously, I can’t recommend these enough. I would absolutely give them a try if you’re thinking about it. I can tell you I will be keeping these regularly stocked in my house from now on.

   These a pretty tasty and very convenient. I got them for my daughter to keep in her cross country bag. After school she can fill her bottle, dissolve a tablet, and BAM! She has an electrolyte drink without having to lug around a full bottle all day.

   My wife uses these when she’s golfing on real hot days. Easy to carry these small tablets around then drop one in some water when needed. Probably more healthier than plain water since these give mineral supplementation too. She sez they taste fine too.

    I used these in Colorado last year to help with high altitude sickness and to make sure I stayed hydrated. Going back to Colorado so I’m stocking up to use again.
