    These are great for holding open my doors while I’m gone, so that my cats don’t get stuck in other rooms and not be able to access their litter box. That’s why I purchased these, because I don’t know how, but my cats often get stuck in another room while I’m not home. They also work great for holding doors closed when I don’t want my cats to open them, (yes, my cats know how to open doors!) such as when I’m sleeping at night. If you want door stops that are barely visible & that blend in with the rest of your house, that do the job, then I highly recommend these. The price is great!

    I only really needed one when I made the purchase because my closet door doesn’t close due to a break-in couple years prior. My old one was plastic and broke. This one is more aesthetically pleasing and does the job! When I’m not wearing my glasses, I sometimes have a little trouble locating it on the floor haha.I had the other one sitting in a corner with no purpose until one night, my laptop began heating up and I didn’t have a stand/fan on hand. So, eventually, this little thing became a makeshift “laptop stand”. I put it under my 13″ laptop in the middle of the back and it tilts it at a perfect angle + a lot less heat!

    I’ve hung a cat condo on my closet door, it’s the kind of latch that you just push or pull to open or close. With my kitten jumping all around having a ball, my door has come opened. I purchased these door stops and they work fantastic!! No more coming open ?

    I was looking for a cutesy doorstop and stumbled across the Scotch Door Stops. The price was so much better. They are clear and virtually unseen so they can be used with any decor. Many days when the weather is not so extremely hot, instead of running the ac, we run an attic fan with the windows open. It pulls fresh air through the house, creating a nice breeze. The problem, when the attic fan comes on it pulls the interior doors shut. The doors need to be blocked open to let that nice breeze flow through. These inexpensive door stops work like a charm and are virtually unnoticeable. They are large enough to keep the doors open yet small enough so we aren’t stumbling over them.

    Needed one of these to stop our laundry room door from closing on us when we were standing in the laundry room, and it works great for purpose. We have an extra, too, in case the first one dies in the line of duty.
